He has led the strategy and development of patient-centered digital solutions designed to improve access, engagement, and health outcomes. Passionate about simplifying healthcare and removing barriers to care, Jeremy is committed to creating innovative solutions that help individuals and families stay connected, informed, and empowered—wherever they are.
